FastDoc’s onboarding is designed to be quick and user-friendly. Below are the key steps to ensure you get up and running without any hassle.

Step-by-Step Guide to Onboarding

Step 1: Installation

  1. Access FastDoc:

    • Open your Jira Project and navigate to the FastDoc app from the App section from the header

  1. Initial Setup:

    • On your first visit, FastDoc will guide you through an easy onboarding flow. Just follow the prompts.

Step 2: Onboarding Process

The onboarding process is divided into two main parts:

Step 2.1: Setup your profile

  • First Name: Enter your first name.

  • Email : Provide your email address.

  • Consent: Check the box to receive marketing updates.

Note: Your information is securely stored and used to personalize your experience.

Step 2.2: Customize your document

  • Choose your Department (e.g., Product management, Engineering, etc.).

  • Choose frequently used documents (e.g., Release notes, Help articles, etc.).

  • This helps FastDoc tailor its features to your specific needs.

Step 3: Dashboard Overview

Once onboarding is complete, you’ll be taken to the FastDoc dashboard. Here’s what to expect:

    • Create your first document
